I was told by the publisher that I would love this story, and she was right. I loved this tale. The characters were so kid-friendly and the story remarkable. I was taken into a world of fantasy with just a touch of science fiction.

Kids from age eight and up will highly enjoy this story and the beautiful illustrations included. This is a great book for the younger crowd to introduce to the sci-fi/fantasy world. There are a lot of fun conflicts, great characters, and fantastic adventures.

I really liked this story. The adventure of Gittel and Bunker is super fun! In fact, they remind me of the story of Hansel and Gretel but in a New World. They have to fight an evil witch who has a big microwave oven, sea monsters and find a new friend in Carno who helps them towards the end.

This is a great book and I am suggesting to all my friends they should read this one!
